Sorry... wrong language and proxy!

Actually aku dh lame nk bebel mende alah ni, tp lum ade kesempatan masa. Entry ini bertujuan nk nasihatkan mereka2 yg nk apply keja, sile guna appropriate languange & Channel..below is the list of those CV yg trus msuk achieve..for those yg blur, i am a HR personnel, so at times kena la jugak review CVs applicants for department..

1- i understand that with current economic situation, we will try our best to get a job. termasuk gune kabel plg kuat! fine, tp si tukang frwd tu la kdg2 aku rase seperti mau sepak2 je...

"I am forwarding the below CV for yr perusal.Pls see her suitability to join yr dept.Pls be informed that she is recommended by our VP."

So what if recommended by VP? nyampah! xperlu la highlight, if she is good, she will get the job!

2- for those yg apply via email, specifically yg dpt emel address aku dr kwn2 dia, sile la bersopan santun dlm bahasa anda..pls use appropriate language. u are applying to work, pls be mindful!

ni tidak, men anta application, pastu tulis " my resume.. yr friend XXX give me your email." GILAK!

3- ade gak yg aku nyampah bile yg apply tu (ntah sape sebar email address aku) men paste je resume dlm content, tanpa information nk apply internship ke permanent job.. mungok! tulis la cover letter sket, pastu attach la resume...intro tadek!

4-yg plg hampagas is, attach resume, tulis tajuk "permohonan latihan industri" and full stop!

cik adik, cite la background sket! so aku malas layan, satu nyer sbb x sopan, dan kedua nyer sbb permohonan intern is not via me!

fine, misti ade yg ckp aku KEREK NK MAMPUS...tp sile la pk, anda sdg memohon kerja... bkn dgn zuhanis ye.. tp dgn kampeni! your application, resume and email all are first impression.. and trust me, none of those above application ever follow up! hurm, might as well think that they are not really keen for the job~ *wink*

p.s: in case nk tulis kaver letter, jgn melampau sgt tau! kang aku gelak.. sbb ade je kaver letter yg sungguh touching penah aku dpt.
